I ate here for the first time at about 600 pm today. There were 12 diners in total seated at 5 tables. There were 3 people working behind the counter and a further person came behind the counter at about 645 pm. I as well experienced service or no-service is more the case. The servers were unfriendly, did not use their steps carefully in the execution of their job, ignored me for a good while then I finally had to get up and go to the counter to get noticed. The food was okay but not spectacular. If people think this is a gourmand's dream diner then I feel sorry for you because you patently have no idea what really good for is about. It is not about using a microwave to reheat items, not about prepurchasing unbaked goods and then baking them off in your facility (as in the puff pastry)....you may as well purchase this stuff at Costco as they do the same thing. And just so you know, I have worked in cafes, restaurants, diners and the like and in my day, you would never see this type of inept service. It is a shame that this province has been a boom province because it has raised nothing but useless, selfish, 'I am entitled because I simply exist'people who when they do finally seek employment have no idea what courtesy, service and professionalism is about. I actually do feel sorry for the business owners because you would either have to pay these workers $25.00 an hour in order to attract competition that is quality or you are stuck with the deadbeats that you have. ..More Reviews
