The food is always excellent, but the service, in all their years, through all their locations, has never been worse. One feels like the servers are volunteers, who are not entirely sure of what is going on. Most things have to be requested several times, and each time, they are surprised that you are asking (cutlery, your correct order, a drink, your bill after 45 more minutes, you name it). Jeffrey's servers have that way about them, and I've yet to see one rise above this stereotype. However, considering the lack of variety in GP, the food really does hold its own and the prices are always reasonable....so if you have time and patience, it's always worth it in the end. ..More Reviews
